Nationwide service
Live outside Warsaw? You order a courier, send the computer, we repair it and send it back. The DPD courier costs 20 PLN one way (40 PLN both ways), paid on collection.
We issue VAT invoices — CSE Poland Sp. z o.o., NIP 113-310-78-61. We serve both private customers and businesses. The diagnosis is free when you book the repair; if you decline, it costs 150 PLN.
Which computer faults we repair

Computer will not turn on
No response when you press power, random restarts, no power at all. Diagnosis and repair of the power supply, the motherboard power section and the buttons.
No image and artefacts

How much does a computer diagnosis cost?
A computer diagnosis costs 150 PLN, but if you book the repair with us — it's free. You only pay if you decide not to go ahead after the quote. This way you have full clarity on costs before deciding.
How long does a computer repair take?
We usually complete simple repairs in 1–3 business days. More complex ones — motherboard repair or waiting for ordered parts — can take longer. We give you the exact turnaround after the diagnosis.
Do you build computers to order?
Yes. We pick the components to match your budget and use — gaming, office, video editing or a workstation — assemble the computer, install the system and test stability. We advise honestly, without pushing parameters you don't need.
Can an old computer be upgraded instead of buying a new one?
Often yes. Swapping the drive for an SSD, adding RAM, a stronger graphics card or power supply can noticeably improve performance — cheaper than a new build. After the diagnosis we'll tell you honestly whether an upgrade is worth it or it's better to build a new computer.
Do you serve clients from outside Warsaw?
Yes, we serve all of Poland. You order a courier, send the computer, we repair it and send it back. The DPD courier costs 20 PLN one way (40 PLN both ways), paid on delivery. Order a courier online.
Do you provide a warranty on repairs?
Yes. All repairs come with a warranty of up to 12 months — on replaced parts and the service work performed. New components also carry the manufacturer's warranty. We issue VAT invoices.
Do you repair graphics cards and recover data?
Yes. We repair graphics cards at component level — reballing and power sections (see graphics card service). We also recover data from damaged HDDs and SSDs (see data recovery).
