Yes. We diagnose and quote completely free of charge and with no obligation. You learn the repair cost upfront — you only pay once you've approved the quote and the device has been repaired.
What equipment do you repair?
Laptops, desktop computers, PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo consoles, graphics cards, monitors, smartphones, Hi-Fi audio gear and premium home appliances — Dyson and Thermomix. We also recover data from HDD/SSD drives, RAID arrays and NAS.
How much does a repair cost and when do I pay?
The price depends on the fault and we give it to you in the quote after a free diagnosis — we do nothing without your approval. You pay after a successful repair, when you collect the device. We accept cash, card, BLIK and bank transfer.
Do I get a warranty on the repair?
Yes. Every repair and replaced part comes with a 12-month warranty.
I live outside Warsaw — how do I get my device to you?
Order a courier with home pickup or send the parcel to us. The DPD courier costs 20 PLN one way (40 PLN both ways), paid on delivery. After the repair we send the device back to the address you give us.
How long does a repair take?
We complete most repairs within a few working days. The exact turnaround depends on the fault and parts availability — we give it to you together with the quote, before we start.
Do I need to book in advance? Where are you?
No need. Come to our workshop in Praga-Południe — Al. Stanów Zjednoczonych 72/13A, Galeria Wiatraczna — during opening hours, or order a courier to pick up your device.
Do you issue VAT invoices and serve businesses?
Yes. CSE Poland Sp. z o.o. issues VAT invoices and serves companies, offices and institutions. For business clients we provide ongoing service support.
