Most console faults come down to a handful of typical causes — whatever the brand. Below are the most common symptoms and what usually sits behind them. We don't guess — we confirm the cause with a free diagnosis before quoting the repair.
Won't read discs
Typical causes: a worn laser, a dirty lens, a seized mechanism or drive motor on the Blu-ray/DVD drive, a damaged drive belt.
We replace the laser and service the Blu-ray/DVD drive — mechanics and electronics.
Overheats and runs loud
Typical causes: dried-out thermal paste, a dusty heatsink and fan, a seized fan bearing, no maintenance for years.

Controller drifts on its own
Typical causes: worn stick potentiometers, dirt under the cap, mechanical play, worn micro-switches.
Console after liquid damage
Typical causes: corrosion on the board, shorts, damaged traces and ports, oxidised contacts after water or a drink.

System errors, bootloop, storage
Typical causes: a damaged drive or eMMC memory, an interrupted update, a system error, a looping boot (bootloop).

We repair with next-generation materials and technology
A repair isn't just swapping a part for an identical one. On request we use solutions that eliminate the fault at its source — magnetic drift-proof sticks, liquid metal and phase-change materials for lower temperatures, and premium thermal pads. The result: the console runs better after the repair than before the fault, and the problem doesn't come back.
Hall Effect / TMR sticks
Instead of wear-prone potentiometers we fit magnetic Hall Effect or the latest TMR sticks — they measure movement without physical contact, so drift doesn't return. DualSense, Xbox, Joy-Con, Steam Deck. Every swap ends with a calibration.
Premium liquid metal
The PlayStation 5 is factory-cooled with liquid metal. During service we restore it with good-quality liquid metal (Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut) and proper isolation of neighbouring components — on request also in other consoles, where it's safe.
Honeywell PTM7950 / PTM7958
Phase-change — stable heat transfer with no drying out or pump-out. It's not ordinary paste: a safe alternative to liquid metal that keeps temperatures low for years. Used on request where it performs best.

Liquid metal and some materials are electrically conductive — we only use them where they're safe for the given console. Hall/TMR sticks, premium liquid metal and thermal pads are fitted on request; some components are ordered in (including from China), so on rarer models the wait for a genuine part can extend the repair by up to a month. We always match the solution to the hardware, never the other way around.

How much does a console repair cost?
It depends on the console and the fault, which is why the diagnosis and quote are free. As a guide: controller repair 90–180 PLN, cleaning and paste replacement 250–450 PLN, HDMI port replacement 250–450 PLN, drive repair from 250 PLN, reballing/BGA from 350 PLN. We give you the exact price before any repair — call: 512 800 030.
Is the diagnosis paid?
No — the diagnosis is free (0 PLN). We check the console, pinpoint the cause and give you a price. You only pay for the repair you accept; if you decline, you don't pay for the check itself.
How long does a console repair take?
Simple repairs — controllers, cleaning, the USB-C port — usually take 24–48 hours. Bigger jobs, like BGA reballing or a drive repair, take from a few days up to two weeks. If we have to order a genuine part (sometimes from China), on rarer models the wait can extend the repair by up to a month. Do you repair the latest PS5 Pro, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2?
Yes. We service the latest models — PS5 Pro and PS5 Slim, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2 with Joy-Con 2 and Pro Controller 2 — as well as all earlier generations and retro consoles. We also repair PC handhelds: Steam Deck, ROG Xbox Ally and Legion Go.
Do you do microsoldering and mainboard reballing?
Yes — we repair PlayStation and Xbox mainboards at the chip level: BGA reballing and chip replacement (APU), VRAM memory, the VRM power section, and HDMI port replacement. These are repairs most repair points don't perform.
Do you repair retro consoles (Pegasus, Atari, NES, SNES, Sega)?
Yes, retro is our specialty. We repair Pegasus, Atari, NES, SNES, Nintendo 64, Sega and Dreamcast — microsoldering, cartridge-slot and chip replacement, recapping (capacitor replacement) and power repair after years in the cupboard.

Order a DPD courier (20 PLN one way) — we collect the console from your door the next business day after confirmation. You can also drop it at an InPost parcel locker (WAW47A). After the free diagnosis we call you with a quote, and after the repair we send it back with a warranty. Order a courier online.
Do you provide a warranty on the repair?
Yes — every repair comes with a 12-month warranty on the replaced parts and the work done. We issue a VAT invoice, for businesses too.
Do you repair controllers?
