Won't power on or no image
Typical causes: a damaged HDMI port, a short in the power section, a burnt-out APU or chip on the mainboard, a faulty power supply.
Most often fixed by replacing the HDMI port or repairing the power section.
We repair consoles of every brand and generation — PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, controllers, retro consoles and PC handhelds. From the HDMI port and Blu-ray drive, through stick drift, to microsoldering and mainboard reballing. Free diagnosis, a quote before any repair, 12-month warranty. Warsaw and all of Poland — 24h courier.
Can't see your console on the list? Call and ask — we'll check parts availability and whether it can be repaired, for both older and the newest models.
Every console has its own typical faults. Pick a brand to see the specific repairs, turnaround times and symptoms. Controllers have a dedicated page — because stick drift is a different repair from servicing the console itself.

Most console faults come down to a handful of typical causes — whatever the brand. Below are the most common symptoms and what usually sits behind them. We don't guess — we confirm the cause with a free diagnosis before quoting the repair.
Typical causes: a damaged HDMI port, a short in the power section, a burnt-out APU or chip on the mainboard, a faulty power supply.
Most often fixed by replacing the HDMI port or repairing the power section.
Typical causes: a worn laser, a dirty lens, a seized mechanism or drive motor on the Blu-ray/DVD drive, a damaged drive belt.
We replace the laser and service the Blu-ray/DVD drive — mechanics and electronics.
Typical causes: dried-out thermal paste, a dusty heatsink and fan, a seized fan bearing, no maintenance for years.
Helped by cleaning + fresh paste and thermal pads, plus a fan service.
Typical causes: worn stick potentiometers, dirt under the cap, mechanical play, worn micro-switches.
Typical causes: corrosion on the board, shorts, damaged traces and ports, oxidised contacts after water or a drink.
We run ultrasonic cleaning and corrosion neutralisation — the sooner, the better.
Typical causes: a damaged drive or eMMC memory, an interrupted update, a system error, a looping boot (bootloop).
We service storage and software — drive replacement, system restore.
Typical causes: cracked solder joints under a BGA chip, a damaged APU, VRAM memory or the VRM power section — often after overheating.
Typical causes: a full drive, a failing SSD/HDD or memory, write errors, slow game loading.
We replace and upgrade drives — PS5 (M.2 NVMe), Xbox Series, SSD/HDD swaps in older consoles.
Typical causes: standard sticks (potentiometers) and cheap paste wear out again — drift returns and the console overheats after a few months.

Most repair points only swap whole modules or send you back to the manufacturer. We repair mainboards at the chip level — from BGA reballing and HDMI port replacement, through Blu-ray drives, to retro console microsoldering and PC handheld service.
Mainboard repair on PlayStation and Xbox at the chip level — APU reballing, VRAM memory replacement and VRM power-section repair. Where others say "beyond repair".
No image or a broken port? We replace HDMI ports in PS4, PS5 and Xbox — with a warranty, without swapping the whole board.
Console won't read discs — we replace the laser and service the mechanics and electronics of the Blu-ray/DVD drive on PlayStation and Xbox.
Pegasus, Atari, NES, SNES, Nintendo 64, Sega and Dreamcast — chip and cartridge-slot replacement, power repair, recapping (capacitor replacement), bringing a console back after years in the cupboard. Full page → retro console repair.
Steam Deck, ROG Ally, ROG Xbox Ally and Lenovo Legion Go — stick drift, USB-C port replacement, screen, battery and power repair. Full page → handheld PC repair.
Console doesn't react to the power button or trips the breaker? We diagnose and repair the power section and the internal PSUs of PlayStation and Xbox.
A repair isn't just swapping a part for an identical one. On request we use solutions that eliminate the fault at its source — magnetic drift-proof sticks, liquid metal and phase-change materials for lower temperatures, and premium thermal pads. The result: the console runs better after the repair than before the fault, and the problem doesn't come back.
Instead of wear-prone potentiometers we fit magnetic Hall Effect or the latest TMR sticks — they measure movement without physical contact, so drift doesn't return. DualSense, Xbox, Joy-Con, Steam Deck. Every swap ends with a calibration.
The PlayStation 5 is factory-cooled with liquid metal. During service we restore it with good-quality liquid metal (Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut) and proper isolation of neighbouring components — on request also in other consoles, where it's safe.
Phase-change — stable heat transfer with no drying out or pump-out. It's not ordinary paste: a safe alternative to liquid metal that keeps temperatures low for years. Used on request where it performs best.
Premium pastes (Kryonaut, ARCTIC MX-6) and good-quality thermal pads for the power and memory sections. We match the material to the specific console — safe and effective where liquid metal isn't advisable.
Liquid metal and some materials are electrically conductive — we only use them where they're safe for the given console. Hall/TMR sticks, premium liquid metal and thermal pads are fitted on request; some components are ordered in (including from China), so on rarer models the wait for a genuine part can extend the repair by up to a month. We always match the solution to the hardware, never the other way around.
