Typical repairs (cleaning, battery, filter or brush-bar replacement) usually take 1–5 working days. More involved faults, such as motor replacement or electronics repair, can take longer if a part has to be ordered. We give you the exact turnaround after the diagnosis.

In person in Warsaw, in the Praga-Południe district (Al. Stanów Zjednoczonych 72/13A, by Galeria Wiatraczna), and from the rest of Poland — by courier. You order a courier, we collect the device from your door, repair it and send it back. Order a courier online.

We are an independent out-of-warranty service — we are not an authorised Dyson service centre. In practice this means a free diagnosis, a quote before the repair, a shorter turnaround, a 12-month warranty and good-quality parts — often cheaper than the official channel.

Roughly 250–650 PLN, depending on the model (V6–V16, Outsize, Gen5detect). It's the most common Dyson repair — the battery wears out first. The diagnosis is free, and we confirm the exact cost after checking whether a cell swap is enough or a whole pack is needed.

Most often it's a worn battery or a faulty charger, less often overheating, a brush blockage or an electronics error. A flashing red light usually signals a battery or temperature problem. We read the flashing code and identify the real cause — no guessing.

Usually it's overheating from a clogged filter or cyclone, or a worn battery that can't hold the load. Sometimes the cause is a cable short or a dirty sensor. We take the device apart and establish whether cleaning is enough or a component needs replacing.

The most common causes are a dirty mesh filter at the base, a faulty heating element, a worn motor or a faulty temperature sensor (the safety cut-out switches the device off when it overheats). We repair Supersonic, Supersonic Nural and Supersonic Travel hair dryers.

Usually it's a clogged filter at the base (the device loses airflow), a worn motor, a faulty temperature sensor or a break in the cable or plug. We service Airwrap, Airwrap i.d. and Airwrap Co-anda2x multi-stylers.

Take the filter out, rinse it under cold water (no detergents), squeeze it out and let it dry for at least 24 hours before refitting — never fit it wet. Doing this once a month prevents power loss and overheating.

Due to limited parts availability we currently carry out only very limited repairs of Dyson air purifiers. The other devices — vacuum cleaners, hair dryers and stylers — we service in full. Call us and we'll check whether your model can be helped.
