Check how long your warranty lasts for each service. By default we give a 12-month warranty on the repair and replaced parts — a shorter period applies only to problematic services such as liquid damage, cleaning and maintenance.
Annex 1 · in force from
AWarranty rules
Standard 12-month warranty on completed services — on labour and parts replaced by the Service with new ones.
A.1. The Service grants a 12-month warranty on completed services, counted from the day the Device is handed back to the Client (§13.1 of the Service Terms). For selected problematic services the period is shorter — the full list is in the Shorter warranty period section, and values for specific repairs are in the per-device tables below.
A.2. The warranty covers only the scope of works actually performed by the Service and the elements directly covered by the service rendered (§13.2).
12 moStandard — new parts, board and power repairs
n/aSoftware, data recovery, customer-supplied parts
A.3. The warranty does not cover, among others, mechanical, chemical and thermal damage, liquid damage occurring after the service, the effects of unauthorised interference or repairs by another service, software faults and natural wear — the full catalogue of exclusions is set out in §13.3 of the Service Terms.
A.5. The Service's warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the statutory rights of a Consumer or an Entrepreneur with consumer rights under mandatory provisions of law (§13.4–13.5).
BShorter warranty period — exceptions
The periods below apply regardless of the Device category. All services not listed here are covered by the default 12-month warranty.

C.1. The warranty period is counted from the day the Device is handed back to the Client (§13.1). The applicable period is stated — where possible — on the Service Receipt or the settlement document.
C.2. If several services with different warranty periods were performed under a single order, each scope of work is covered by its own period applicable to that service.
C.3. A service performed as part of a larger repair (e.g. thermal paste replacement during a board repair) inherits the warranty period of that repair, unless agreed otherwise.
C.4. New parts fitted by the Service may additionally be covered by the manufacturer's warranty on its terms — independently of the Service's warranty on the work.
C.5. For used, refurbished or customer-supplied parts the warranty period and scope are set in accordance with the Exceptions section and §10 of the Service Terms.
C.6. This Table constitutes Annex 1 to the Service Terms. In the event of any discrepancy between the Table and §13 of the Service Terms, the provisions more favourable to a Client who is a Consumer or an Entrepreneur with consumer rights shall prevail.
C.7. The Table may be updated. Orders accepted before a change are governed by the warranty periods in force at the time the order was accepted (§27.1 of the Service Terms).
